Delaware Valley Residential Care is currently seeking an Executive Director to lead our Warminster location and ensure compliance, high standards of care and service, and quality operation of the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures, including client and employee rights according to agency, state, federal and accreditation standards.
  • Plan for and administer managerial, operational, fiscal and reporting components of the organization.
  • Participate in the Performance Improvement Plan for client care, staff retention, and staff performance.
  • Establish and maintain community relationships, including memorandums of agreement with community resources.
  • Ensure that policies for documentation in the client record are adhered to and timely.
  • Conduct ongoing review of clinical supervisor/lead counselor case files to ensure compliance with Federal, State, CARF and facility requirements.
  • Work with directors to provide oversight to department managers.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews of the supervisory, medical and support staff.
  • Providing recognition and creating an engaged culture for your team members, residents and families
  • Create a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, resident's families and all team members.

Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in human services preferred, Bachelor's degree in human services field required.

Current Personal Care Home Administrator License or Assisted Living Administrator License.

Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience in management experience in human services program related to working with families and clients

Assessed competence in administering and providing services to individuals, families, and/or clients.

Demonstrated skills in management addressing operational, human resources and financial matters.

Ability to coordinate the organization's services with other community resources.
